All items sold by {{ shop_name }} are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or similar reasons.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or amended within 15 minutes of being placed. After this window, orders are locked in for fulfillment and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost, provided the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We do not offer refunds for these claims — only exchanges.
